Frequently Asked Questions

"What is Cozy Falls?"

  • Cozy Falls is a line of modular building toys made of paper.  The name Cozy Falls refers to the fictional American town that the toy line takes place in.

"Who is Dolly?"

  • Dolly is the main character and mascot of Cozy Falls.  Her house was the first playset available at launch.

"What are Cozy Falls toys made out of?  Do you make them by hand?"

  • The toys are made out of printed cardstock.  They are not made individually by hand.  That would be an insane amount of work.  They're drawn on a computer and printed on-demand.

"What do I get when I order a Cozy Falls toy?"

  • You will be sent a kit of printed cardstock sheets in the mail.  You'll have to cut the pieces of the toy out of the sheets.  Once you cut all the pieces out, you can assemble them into the finished three-dimensional toy.

"So the toys aren't shipped out pre-assembled?"

  • Cozy Falls is a building toy, so assembling it is part of the activity.

"Where are the toys made?"

  • In the USA, just outside Los Angeles.  We also use USA-made paper and shipping materials whenever possible.

"How do you ship them out?"

  • Via USPS

"Can I color the toys myself?  Can I make my own pieces?"

  • Absolutely!  Feel free to share your creations on social media, too.

"Is Cozy Falls meant for boys or for girls?"

  • Cozy Falls is meant for everyone!  The gender binary is a social construct!

"So then is this for adults, too?"

  • Cozy Falls was initially designed for adult collectors.  But kids seem to like it just as much!

"What forms of payment do you accept?"

  • We accept PayPal, and we also accept credit cards through Stripe.  You can choose your preferred method of payment when you check out.

"Do you ship outside the US?"

  • We would love to ship worldwide and intend to in the future, but at this time items from the online store only ship to the United States.  If you are an international customer, email us at [email protected], and we can try to work out a shipping arrangement on a case by case basis.  So sorry for the inconvenience!

"Do you do returns?"

"How can we contact you?"
