Returns Policy

At this time, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Your item was destroyed in transit, or damaged in transit to the point where it has become unusable or cosmetically unappealing
  • You received the wrong item
  • You never received your item

If your return qualifies, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.  You will not have to pay to have the replacement item shipped, and the damaged/incorrect item is yours to keep.  We ask that you do not mail returns back to Cozy Falls.  We trust you!
